The Bridges and Cocks
|
|
All the parts in the Movement are held together by the main Plate, Bridges and Cocks. The main Plate is the basis for the movement onto which all bridges and cocks are mounted. All the Wheels, the Barrel, and the Pallet Lever are held by a lower bearing in the Plate and an upper bearing in a Bridge or a Cock. A Bridge has two or more studs while a Cock just has one.
